I found it really tough to juggle work, kids and staying fit. I found myself constantly making excuses on why I don’t have time and how tomorrow is another day.   2. I love these tips! I’m training for the Boston Marathon and it’s hard to make time for all of the runs and strength training. I love the idea of taking micro breaks to workout. I’ll try that for all the strength workouts I need to do!

    1. If only! It takes so much discipline to get myself to stick to what’s good for me. It’s so much easier to not do anything or skip the healthy meal. But I always regret it straight after if my intrusive thoughts get the best of me.
